Built in 1989 and extensively renovated during the winter of 2004, the modern low rise Alta Galdana complex has a total of 35 two bedroomed self catering apartments, which are distributed between 5 two storey buildings that are built into the hillside with a number of steps leading up to the different levels.

Each apartment on the complex comes equipped with a modern en suite bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with 4 electric cooking rings, microwave oven and refrigerator, and a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, ceiling fan, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental, telephone and either a terrace or balcony with exterior views. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided twice weekly, undertaking a change of towels and change of bed linen on the day of arrival and 7 days thereafter.

Guest facilities on offer includes a reception desk with currency exchange services and luggage room for late departures, along with a restaurant and bar. Sporting and leisure facilities available for guests includes an outdoor freshwater swimming pool with spacious sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols.

Due to the elevated location of the Alta Galdana Apartments in the resort, and the large numbers of steps on the complex, this accommodation may be considered unsuitable for guests with mobility problems.
