The 3 star rated Aparthotel Andorra is situated around 300 metres from the sea front promenade and Playa las Caletillas beach, in a quiet area of the otherwise lively resort
of Playa de las Americas on the south coast of Tenerife. The hotel is approximately 17km west of the Reina Sofia International Airport, and a short walk from the commercial centre of the resort where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops. Built in 1987 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2015, the modern Aparthotel Andorra has a total of 100 guest rooms, offering a choice of both 1 and 2 bedroom self catering apartments and a further selection of studio flats, all of which are distributed between a 7 storey main building and a further 5 storey annexe block, both of which are then set amidst spacious sub-tropical gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area. All guest rooms at the hotel come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric cooking rings, fridge freezer, kettle, microwave oven and toaster, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, direct dial telephone, high speed WiFi internet access, a satellite television with music channels, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a number of Superior air conditioned apartments are also available and all rooms are provided with a maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week. Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar with show cooking, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars. Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pools for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
