Built in 1985 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2001, the modern Aparthotel Alcudia Park has a total of 366 self catering apartments and studio flats, which are built over 6 floors and set amidst almost 4,000m2 of Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area overlooking the sea.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette, and a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, direct dial telephone, satellite television with music channels, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area towards the sea. In addition to the above a daily maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, snack bars, public internet terminals with WiFi access, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground and mini club along with a smaller indoor heated swimming pool which is open during the cooler winter months.

The Aparthotel Alcudia Park also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring rifle shooting, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.

In recognition of the Iberostar Group's high standards of customer care and management systems, the Aparthotel Alcudia Park has been awarded the internationally recognised Spanish Tourism Quality Institute ´Q´ quality mark which is only granted to establishments which meet the highest standards of continuous improvement in all services.
