Extensively refurbished during the winter of 2003, the modern Aparthotel Ola Tomir has a total of 160 guest rooms, offering a choice of both one and two bedroom self catering apartments and studio flats, which are built over 9 floors, and set amidst spacious sun terraces and Mediterranean style gardens around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and cosmetic mirror, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric cooking rings and refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, direct dial telephone, satellite television with music channels, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, all rooms are also provided with a maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, laundry and medical services, a games room, public internet terminals, and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities includes a children's playground and mini club, along with a hard surface tennis court and multi sports activity area for football and volleyball etc.

The Aparthotel Ola Tomir also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring rifle shooting, archery and aerobics as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco, which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
