The 2 key Arcos Playa Apartments are situated around 50 metres from the beach in the quiet resort of
S'Illot on the central east coast of Majorca. The apartments are approximately 65km north east of the
capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and a short walk from the commercial centre
of the resort, where you will find a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops. Built in 1990 and extensively renovated during the winter of 2005, the modern low rise Arcos Playa complex is a small development of 66 one and two bedroom self catering apartments that are divided between 2 three storey buildings. All guest rooms come equipped with a modern fully fitted bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette and a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace with exterior views. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week. Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception desk with currency exchange services along with an air conditioned restaurant and snack bar, a luggage room and courtesy room with showers for late departures and a lounge bar. Sporting and leisure facilities available for guests includes a small outdoor freshwater swimming pool with terraces which are furnished with sun loungers and parasols. The Arcos Playa Apartments also provides a seasonal programme of evening entertainment with dancing, games and folk music several times a week.
