Built in 1960 and fully renovated during the winter of 1998, the 3 storey Aucanada complex has a total of 45 self catering apartments and studios, 12 of which have two bedrooms, 30 have one bedroom and the remaining 3 are studio flats.

All guest rooms are equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with a kitchenette with kettles, toasters, fans, etc all available on request, and either a terrace of balcony, many of which have sea views over the Bay of Alcudia. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange desk, luggage and courtesy rooms with showers for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant offering a choice of menus, as well as a games room, supermarket, laundry service and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests include a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children's section, and sun terraces furnished with loungers and parasols, along with a children's playground.
