The 2 key Barranco Apartments are situated around 250 metres from the sea front promenade and Playa de Troya beach, in the lively resort of Playa de las Americas on the south coast of Tenerife. The apartments are approximately 17km west of the Reina Sofia International Airport, and a few steps from the commercial centre of the resort where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1979 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2000, the modern low rise Barranco complex has a total of 101 self catering apartments, which are built over 2 floors overlooking a central pool area. All guest rooms come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with sofa beds, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a reception area with currency exchange services, along with a restaurant, bar and mini market. Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a small outdoor freshwater swimming pools for adults, with integrated children's section, and sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
