Built in 1980 and extensively renovated during the winter of 1990, the modern low rise Bonaire Paguera complex is a small development of 15 one bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 3 floors around a small central pool area. All guest rooms on the complex come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with a combined lounge/dining room with sofa beds, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels and bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a reception area with luggage rooms for late departures, along with a small outdoor freshwater swimming pool with integrated children's splash pool, and sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
