The 2 key Bouganvillas Apartments are situated around 800 metres from the Playa de Torviscas beach, in the Torviscas Alto district of the popular resort of Costa Adeje on the south west coast of Tenerife. The apartments are approximately 20km west of the Reina Sofia International Airport, and a short walk from the commercial centre of the resort where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1990, the modern low rise Bouganvillas complex is a small development of 25 one bedroom self catering apartments. All of the apartments on the complex are privately owned and individually furnished, and will typically come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, a direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pools for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
