Built in 1986 and extensively renovated during the winter of 1999, the modern low rise Cala d'or Park complex has a total of 73 self catering apartments and studio flats which are built over three floors and set amidst almost 5,000m2 of Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette and combined lounge/dining room with either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, along with a games room, snack bar, luggage rooms for late departures and both lounge and pool bars. Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children's section and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground and mini golf course.
