Following an increasing number of requests to provide information and links to the accommodation available in the resort, we have put together this list of the following villas in the area who offer a booking service operated by either James Villas or Villa Select.
Vista Mar |
This stylish villa offers stunning views of the sea and comes highly recommended. Beautifully decorated and furnished throughout with an extensive covered terrace overlooking the well maintained gardens and roman style pool. |

Alicia |
A smaller sister villa to C'an Terrassa and owned by the same imaginative family, we have watched this lovely house grow from its simple foundations to the prestigious villa it has now become. Built on a corner plot in a residential area in the centre of Cala D'or and no more than a 5 minute walk to the pedestrian areas and nearby beaches. |

Casa Carlos |
Located in a residential area and only a couple of minutes walk from the Cala Esmerelda beach, Casa Carlos is within a 15 minute stroll of the resort centre. A comfortable family villa and only being available for a short time during the summer, we know this villa will be a popular choice. |

C'an Terrassas |
This prestigious villa is in an exclusive area close to the centre of Cala D'or and is no more than a 5 minute walk to the nearby beach, main centre and the stylish marina. The covered terrace overlooks the pool and has a range of garden furniture that provides a delightful spot in which to relax or dine al-fresco. |

Can Taron |
Villa Can Taron is a villa full of character and with extensive mature gardens providing privacy and a peaceful location. Whilst the beaches and shops and restaurants of Cala dor are 10 minutes drive away, the nearby village of Cas Concos is within a couple of minutes drive. |

Casa Marions |
Casa Marions is located in a quiet residential area of high quality properties and in fact the closest of all our properties to the centre of the resort. the shops, restaurants, bars, boutiques and nightlife are just a three minute stroll, whilst two sandy beaches are less than a five minute walk away. |

Redona |
Tucked away in the Cala dor countryside, between the villages of Cas Concas and S'Alqueria Blanca, is villa Redona. A short drive of 10-15 minutes will bring you to many sandy coves including Cala Mondrago and the beautiful Es Trenc beach. |
