Built in 1996, the modern low rise Cala'n Blanes Beach complex has a total 72 one bedroom self catering apartments that are distributed between 6 three storey buildings, and set amidst 2,000mē of Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave oven and a coffee machine, and a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, satellite television, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, 2 rooms have also been specially adapted for disabled guests and all rooms are provided with a maid service twice a week, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a reception area with currency exchange desk and luggage and courtesy rooms with showers for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, snack bar, laundry and medical services, a small on-site supermarket and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground and mini club, a hard surface tennis court and both pool and table tennis tables.
