Built in 1982 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 1999, the modern low rise Casitas del Mar complex is a small development of 21 two bedroomed self catering bungalows, each sleeping a maximum of 5 adults.

Many of the bungalows are privately owned and individually furnished to a high standard, and will typically come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with vitro-ceramic hob and refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental, and a small private terrace with exterior views. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a reception area with currency exchange services.
