Built in 1986 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 1997, the modern low rise Eden Alcudia complex has a total of 260 guest rooms, including 50 one bedroom self catering apartments and a further 210 studio flats, which are built over 5 floors, and set amidst almost 2,500m2 of well kept Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area overlooking the magnificent Bay of Alcudia.

All guest rooms on the complex are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric cooking rings and refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with sofa beds, a direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental, pay per view satellite television and either terrace or balcony, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area towards the sea. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services and both luggage and courtesy rooms with showers for late departures, along with a games room, public internet terminals, a small on site supermarket, laundry and medical services, as well as a buffet style restaurant, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, and both lounge and pool bars.

For business guests, the Eden Alcudia Apartments also offers the use of a large air conditioned conference and meeting room, with the capacity to seat up to 60 guests, which is equipped with a selection of modern audiovisual equipment.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, along with a further smaller children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground and mini club, as well as both pool and table tennis tables.

Guests staying at the Eden Alcudia Apartments, are also welcome to use the leisure facilities at the nearby Aparthotel Eden Lago, which includes a choice of 4 clay surface tennis courts, along with a mini golf course.

The Eden Alcudia Apartments also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring rifle shooting, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco, which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.

In recognition of the Eden Group's high standards of environmental management, the Eden Alcudia Apartments have been awarded the internationally recognised certificate of ISO 14001:2004, as well as the Spanish Tourism Quality Institute ´Q´ quality mark which is only granted to establishments which meet the highest standards of continuous improvement in all services.
