Built in 1990 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2000, the modern low rise Fiesta Beach complex is a small development of 27 one bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 2 floors, and set amidst spacious Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a small central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave oven, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guests staying at the Fiesta Beach Apartments are welcome to use the facilities at the nearby Hotel Gran Playa which includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with a games room, an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes an outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
