Built in 1976 and extensively renovated during the winter of 2004, the modern low rise Hamilton Court complex has a total of 85 self catering apartments, each with either one, two or three bedrooms, which are built over 7 floors and set amidst spacious Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area overlooking the beach.

All guest rooms on the complex are privately owned, so furnishings will therefore vary between apartments, however, all apartments will typically come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, (the three bedroomed apartments have two bathrooms), along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, safety deposit box available for rental from the reception, a satellite television and and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area towards the sea.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, along with a luggage room, games room, an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests include a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's pool side playground and "Kidzone" children's club running six days per week.
