Built in 1969 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2008, the modern low rise Aparthotel Cap de Mar has a total of 72 one bedroom self catering apartments, which are distributed between four 5 storey buildings, overlooking a large central pool area.

All guests rooms at the Aparthotel Cap de Mar are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric cooking rings and refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

In addition to the above features, 4 apartments at the Aparthotel Cap de Mar have also been specially adapted for disabled guests, and all rooms are provided with a maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with a games room, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services, an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, and both lounge and pool bars.

For business guests, the Aparthotel Cap de Mar also offers the use of a large air conditioned conference and meeting room, which is fully equipped with a selection of modern audiovisual equipment.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes an outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols
