The 3 star Hotel Chimisay is situated around 600 metres from the Lago Martiánez, in the popular resort of Puerto de la Cruz on the north West Coast of Tenerife. The hotel is approximately 28km west of the Los Rodeos International Airport, and a few steps from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1970 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2002, the modern Hotel Chimisay has a total of 67 guest rooms, including 64 standard twin rooms and a further 3 singles, which are built over 5 floors. All guest rooms at the hotel come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with a direct dial telephone, satellite television and safety deposit box available for rental. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

For business guests, the Hotel Chimisay also offers the use of a large air conditioned conference and meeting room, seating a maximum of 40 people, which is equipped with a selection of modern audio visual aids.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a small rooftop swimming pool for adults, offering guests panoramic views over the resort and Mount Teide, and sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
