The 4 star Hotel Dania Magec Resort is situated around 500 metres from the Playa Jardin beach, in the popular resort of Puerto de la Cruz on the north West Coast of Tenerife. The hotel is approximately 28km west of the Los Rodeos International Airport, and a short walk from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1972 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 1996, the Dania Magec Resort has a total of 566 guest rooms, offering a choice of both standard twin and single rooms, or a more spacious Junior Suite, all of which are then distributed between the six storey Dania Park and Magec Park buildings.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with a direct dial telephone, satellite television, mini bar, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace with exterior views. In addition to the above features, a daily maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar with show cooking, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes 4 large outdoor freshwater swimming pools for adults, and spacious sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a mini golf course, along with a hard surface tennis court and a naturist rooftop sun terraces at the Hotel Magec.

The Hotel Dania Magec Resort also provides a seasonal programme of evening entertainment, with either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
