Formally known as the Hotel Florida Tenerife, the 4 star Hotel Luabay Tenerife is situated around 100 metres from the Playa Jardin beach, in the popular resort of Puerto de la Cruz on the north West Coast of Tenerife. The hotel is approximately 28km west of the Los Rodeos International Airport, and a short walk from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Fully refurbished during the winter of 2009, the modern Hotel Luabay Tenerife has a total of 337 guest rooms, including 310 standard twin rooms, 24 singles and a further 3 Suites, which are built over 12 floors, and set amidst spacious sub-tropical gardens and sun terraces, around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, cosmetic mirror and hairdryer, along with a direct dial telephone, satellite television with music channels, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

In addition to the above features, 5 guest rooms at the Hotel Luabay Tenerife have also been specially adapted for disabled guests, and all rooms are provided with a daily maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services, and both lounge and pool bars.

For business guests, the Hotel Luabay Tenerife also offers the use of 3 large air conditioned conference and meeting rooms, seating a maximum of 150 people, all of which are equipped with a selection of modern audio visual aids.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a mini golf course and giant chess board, as well as both pool and table tennis tables.

Guests staying at the Hotel Luabay Tenerife also have the opportunity to relax and unwind at the "Vital Centre", which features a cardiovascular gymnasium with sauna, Jacuzzi and squash court, as well as offering a full programme of fitness and recovery lessons, along with a variety of cosmetic and other beauty treatments including massage, acupuncture, shiatsu and seaweeds.

The Hotel Luabay Tenerife also provides a seasonal programme of evening entertainment, with either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
