Built in 1962 and fully refurbished during the winter of 2005, the low rise Hotel Hesperia Ciutat de Mallorca has a total of 58 guest rooms, including 54 twin rooms and a further 4 singles, which are distributed between 2 adjacent two storey buildings overlooking a small central pool and garden area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with a safety deposit box available for hire, direct dial telephone, free WiFi internet access, a satellite television, mini bar and either a balcony or terrace with exterior views. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a reception area with currency exchange desk and luggage rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals with WiFi access, laundry and medical services, and both lounge and pool bars.

For business guests, the Hotel Hesperia Ciutat de Mallorca also offers the use of 2 large air conditioned conference and meeting rooms, with a capacity to seat 100 and 40 persons respectively, both of which are equipped with a selection of modern audio visual aids.
