Built in 1964 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2004, the modern low rise Hotel Lemar has a total of 89 guest rooms, including 86 twin rooms and a further 3 singles, which are built over 3 floors. All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with a direct dial telephone, satellite television, mini bar, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the sea. In addition to the above a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange service, luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned restaurant offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, snack bars, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and a lounge bar.

Guests staying at the Hotel Lemar are welcome to use the sporting and leisure facilities at the nearby Hotel Lemar Garden which includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
