Built in 1993 and extensively renovated during the winter of 2000, the modern low rise Aparthotel Platja D'Aurada has a total of 310 guest rooms, including 62 one bedroom self catering apartments, 208 twin rooms, 24 singles and a further 16 suites, all of which are built over 5 floors and set amidst almost 4,000m2 of Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area overlooking the sea.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, hairdryer and cosmetic mirror, along with a satellite television, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area towards the sea. In addition to the above features, apartments at the Aparthotel Platja D'Aurada also have an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator as well as a combined lounge/dining room with sofa beds, and all rooms at the hotel are provided with a daily maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant with show cooking, offering guests a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian dishes, as well as a games room, snack bar, laundry and medical services, public internet terminals and both pool and lounge bars.

For business guests, the Aparthotel Platja D'Aurada also offers the use of a large air conditioned conference and meeting room, seating a maximum of 80 people, which is fully equipped with a selection of the latest state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment including flipcharts and a video projector.
