Built in 1984 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2007, the modern low rise Aparthotel Rosa del Mar has a total of 182 guest rooms, including 31 one bedroomed self catering apartments and a further 151 studio flats, which are built over 4 floors and set amidst almost 2,000m2 of sun terraces and Mediterranean style gardens around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric cooking rings and refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with sofa beds, a direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

In addition to the above features, a number of Studios at the Aparthotel Rosa del Mar have also been specially adapted for disabled guests, and all guest rooms at the hotel are provided with a maid service undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with public internet terminals, a games room, laundry and medical services, an air conditioned buffet style restaurant, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with a separate children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities includes a smaller indoor heated pool, open during the cooler winter months, with sauna and cardiovascular gymnasium, along with a hard surface tennis court and a children's play area.

The Aparthotel Rosa del Mar also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring petanque, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
