The hotel is approximately 15km west of the Son Sant Joan International airport, and 6km from the centre of the historic City of Palma, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1963 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2015, the modern Hotel Be Live Adults Only Marivent has a total of 195 guest rooms, including 176 twin rooms and a further 19 singles, all of which are built over 8 floors and set amidst spacious Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a central pool area overlooking the magnificent Bay of Palma.

All guest rooms are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, hairdryer, cosmetic magnifying mirror, dressing gown and slippers, along with a direct dial telephone, high speed WiFi internet access, a satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area towards the sea.

In addition to the above features a number of "Superior Rooms" are also available offering guests the use of a Nespresso coffee machine with welcome pack, an iPod speaker, universal charger and bathroom scales and all rooms are provided with a daily maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with a buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as laundry and medical services, a games room, public internet terminals and both lounge and pool bars.

For business guests, the Hotel Be Live Adults Only Marivent also offers the use of a large air conditioned conference and meeting room, with the capacity to seat a maximum of 110 people, which is equipped with a selection of modern audio visual aids.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults with spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
