Built in 1970 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2001, the modern low rise Hotel Temi has a total of 80 guest rooms, including 75 standard twin rooms and a further 5 singles, which are built over 5 floors overlooking a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with a direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental, mini bar and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange desk and both luggage and courtesy rooms with showers for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, along with a games room, laundry and medical services, public internet terminals and both lounge and pool bars.

For business guests, the Hotel Temi also offers the use of a large air conditioned conference and meeting room, which is equipped with a selection of modern audiovisual equipment.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests include an outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with separate children's section, and spacious sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a private roof terrace suitable for naturist sunbathing, as well as a children's playground and mini club, a small cardiovascular gymnasium with sauna, and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Hotel Temi also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities featuring pistol shooting, archery, pool games and aerobics as well as evening entertainment with a children’s disco followed by either live music, cabaret and other professional shows several times each week.
