Built in 1964, the Hotel H10 Tenerife Playa has a total of 339 guest rooms, including 256 standard twin rooms, 60 singles and a further 23 Junior Suites, which are distributed between 3 three, five and ten storey buildings, and set amidst spacious sub-tropical gardens and sun terraces, around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with a direct dial telephone, satellite television, mini bar, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area, or towards the sea.

In addition to the above features, a number of guest rooms at the Hotel H10 Tenerife Playa have also been specially adapted for disabled guests, and all rooms are provided with a daily maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar with show cooking, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

For business guests, the Hotel H10 Tenerife Playa also offers the use of 2 large air conditioned conference and meeting rooms, both of which are equipped with a selection of modern audio visual aids.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, along with a further smaller children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground, along with an outdoor Jacuzzi and naturist zone on the upper terrace.

The Hotel H10 Tenerife Playa also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring rifle shooting, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment, with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.

In recognition of the H10 Group's high standards of customer care and management systems, the Hotel H10 Tenerife Playa has been awarded the internationally recognised Spanish Tourism Quality Institute ´Q´ quality mark which is only granted to establishments which meet the highest standards of continuous improvement in all services, along with the Thomas Cook Partners in Excellence Award 2003 and 2005.
