Built in 1967 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2005/6, the modern Mar y Paz Apartments has a total of 30 guest rooms, including 24 one bedroom self catering apartments and a further 6 studio flats, which are built over 6 floors overlooking the magnificent Bay of Alcudia.

All guest rooms are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric cooking rings and refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the sea. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and luggage rooms for late departures, along with a games room and comfortable lounge bar with satellite television.

Across the road from the Mar y Paz Apartments, and under separate management, guests will find a salt water outdoor swimming pool and snack bar.
