Part of the Coral Group of hotels, the 2 key Paraiso Del Sol Paradero Apartments are situated around 400 metres from the sea front promenade and Las Cuevitas beach, in the popular resort of Costa Adeje on the south west coast of Tenerife. The apartments are approximately 20km west of the Reina Sofia International Airport, and a few steps from the commercial centre of the resort where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1975 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2001, the modern low rise Paraiso Del Sol Paradero complex has a total of 147 one and two bedroom self catering apartments and studio flats, which are built over 2 floors, and set amidst spacious sub-tropical gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator and two cooking rings, a combined lounge/dining room with sofa beds, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pools for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Paraiso Del Sol Paradero Apartments also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment in the Surf Bar with a children's mini disco, which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
