The 3 key Parque Vacacional Eden Apartments are situated around 1.5km from the Lago Martianez, in the popular resort of Puerto de la Cruz on the north West Coast of Tenerife. The hotel is approximately 28km west of the Los Rodeos International Airport, and 1km from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1973 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2002, the modern Parque Vacacional Eden complex has a total of 224 guest rooms, offering a choice of 151 self catering studio type apartments in the 10 storey Eden Esplanade building, and a further 73 one bedroom apartments in the smaller 5 storey Eden Luz annexe. All of which are set amidst almost 12,000m2 of sub-tropical gardens and sun terraces, around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric cooking rings and refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with sofa beds, direct dial telephone, satellite television with music channels, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes 3 large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, including a small private naturists pool, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground, along with a mini golf course, a hard surface tennis court, garden chess, a sauna and both pool and table tennis tables.

In recognition of the high standards of environmental management, the Parque Vacacional Eden Apartments has been awarded the internationally recognised certificate of ISO 14001:2004, along with the Tui Environment Champions Award 2004, 2005 and 2006.
