Clubs and DiscosMenta is the largest and most popular nightclub in the area, featuring two DJ's, seven bars, and even its own indoor swimming pool. The club first opened in Alcudia back in 1982, and today plays a mixture of Spanish and disco music, appealing to the trendily dressed 18-30 age group. Bells, also in Alcudia, has more of a Spanish feel to it and is very popular with the locals, especially at
weekends. Contact details are: Apoteket is a very popular late night music bar in Puerto Alcudia which plays a varied selection of the latest music. Opening hours are from 10pm until very early the following morning.
Charly's is a western themed nightclub in C'an Picafort. Admission is free, however, from experience we have
always found their drinks to be a little expensive. During the summer they're open from 7pm to 4am the
following morning, and the disco in the basement usually starts around 11pm. Contact details are:
The Skau was one of the first discos to open in C'an Picafort way back in 1969, and during the last 20 years or
so, over 1 million customers of all nationalities have now passed through their doors. From May to October every
year they are open every day, and during the winter months opening is restricted to weekends only. Once inside
guests have the choice of 6 bars, 3 dance floors and an outdoor terrace where they also serve cocktails and
food. During the summer months they often also feature special themed evenings with drag queens, mud fights
