Extensively renovated during the winter of 2005, the Gay friendly Playa Flor complex has a total of 23 guest rooms which are built over 3 floors, with a kitchen and living room on the ground floor, bathroom and bedroom on the first floor and a private solarium on the third floor. All guest rooms come equipped with a satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and many apartments also have access to a ADSL WiFi internet connection. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with a chill-out bar offering a selection of exotic teas, drinks, crepes and hot snacks, as well as public internet terminals with WiFi access in selected areas and a poolside bar.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, and spacious sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
