Built in 1974, the modern 5 storey Porto Nova Apartments offers guests a choice of both one and two bedroomed self catering apartments, all of which are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchen and combined lounge/dining room with direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most over which have exterior views over yacht club and magnificent Bay of Palma. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, along with luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, public internet terminals, a games room, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children’s section and spacious sun terraces and gardens furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a smaller indoor heated swimming pool which is open during the cooler winter months, as well as a children's playground and both pool and table tennis tables.
