Built in 1984 and extensively renovated during the winter of 1998, the modern low rise Sa Caleta complex has a total of 52 two bedroom self catering apartments that are distributed between 7 two storey buildings, and set amidst spacious Mediterranean style gardens and terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, a satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a reception area with currency exchange services, along with an air conditioned café/snack bar, games room, public internet terminals and both lounge and pool bars. Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests include an outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children's splash pool and spacious sun terraces which are furnished with parasols and loungers. Other leisure facilities include a children's play area along with a hard surface tennis court and both pool and table tennis tables.
