Built in 1989 and extensively renovated during the winter of 2002, the modern low rise Sa Punta complex has a total of 73 one and two bedroomed self catering apartments and studio flats, that are distributed between 6 two storey buildings and set amidst spacious Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric cooker and refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining with additional sofa beds, ceiling fan, direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a reception area with currency exchange services, along with luggage rooms for late departures, a snack bar/coffee shop, games room, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool, with separate children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces which are furnished with parasols and loungers.
