Extensively renovated during the winter of 2003, the modern low rise Serena Sol complex is a small development of 16 self catering apartments and studio flats which are built over 3 floors around a small central pool area. All guest rooms on the complex come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with fridge and a combined lounge/dining room with a safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace with exterior views. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once each week.

In addition to the small pool and garden area at the Serena Sol Apartments, guests are also welcome to use the facilities at the nearby Playa Ferrera Apartments which includes a reception area with currency exchange services, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, a games room and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available at the Playa Ferrera Apartments includes several freshwater swimming pools, all with separate children's sections, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground and both pool and table tennis tables. The Playa Ferrera Apartments also provides a seasonal programme of evening entertainment with either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
