The modern low rise Tabaiba Center complex has a total of 72 one and two bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 2 floors, and distributed between two individual zones each with its own small swimming pool.

All guest rooms on the complex are equipped with a modern fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric cooking rings, coffee maker, kettle, microwave oven, extractor fan and refrigerator, and a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, safety deposit box available for rental, a pay per view satellite television, telephone and terrace equipped with sun chairs. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a reception area with currency exchange services and luggage rooms for late departures, along with a snack bar, laundry and medical services and a lounge bar. Sporting and leisure facilities on the complex includes a choice of two fresh water swimming pools with separate children's section, and sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
