Completely refurbished during the winter of 2002, the low rise Hotel Tucan has a total of 78 guest rooms, including 70 twin rooms and a further 8 singles, which are built over 2 floors. All guest rooms at the hotel come equipped with a modern fully fitted bathroom with shower along with a direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace with exterior views. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange desk and luggage rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes an outdoor freshwater swimming pool, with sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
