The 2 key Villa Canaima Apartments are situated around 300 metres from the beach,
in the Matagorda district of the lively resort of Puerto del Carmen, on the southern east coast of Lanzarote.
The apartments are approximately 6km south of the capital Arrecife, 2km from the Lanzarote International Airport,
and a short walk from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants
and shops. Built in 1990 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2003, the modern low rise Villa Canaima complex has a total of 31 guest rooms, offering a choice of both one and two bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 2 floors around a large central pool area. All apartments come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator, two electric cooking rings, oven and kettle, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, pay per view satellite television, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week. Guest facilities on offer includes a reception area with currency exchange services and both luggage and courtesy rooms with showers for late departures. Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
