Built in 1980 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2000, the modern Vista Sol complex has a total of 176 one bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 9 floors, and set amidst almost 1,500m2 of Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces overlooking a large central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex are either centrally heated or air conditioned according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric cooking rings, microwave oven, kettle and toaster, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, safety deposit box available for rental, direct dial telephone, satellite television and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided five times a week, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar with show cooking, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, laundry and medical services, public internet terminals, a games room and both lounge and pool bars.

For business guests, the Vista Sol Apartments also offers the use of two large air conditioned conference and meeting rooms, seating a maximum of 50 people, both of which are equipped with a selection of the latest state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment including screens, overhead projectors and a microphone.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with separate children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities includes a smaller indoor heated swimming pool, which is open from the end of October until April each year, along with a multi-sports activity court for basketball, volleyball and mini-soccer, and both table tennis and pool tables.
