The 2 key Vistamar Apartments have an enviable location overlooking the San Adeodato beach in the quiet resort of Santo Tomas on the central southern coast of Menorca. The apartments are approximately 25km west of the capital Mahon and the International Aeropuerto de Menorca airport, and 250 metres from the commercial centre of the resort where you will find a small selection of restaurants, bars and shops.

Built in 1971 and extensively renovated during the winter of 2004, the modern low rise Vistamar complex is a small development of 45 self catering studio apartments that are built over 4 floors, and set amidst spacious Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area overlooking the beach.

Many of the apartments on the complex are privately owned and individually furnished, and will typically be equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with sofa beds, a safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area towards the sea.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, along with a luggage room, games room, air conditioned buffet style restaurant, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests include a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's splash pool, and spacious sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
